My beloved Nan has been moved from a previous care home to Waterside. Can't describe how welcomed me and all my family felt when we walked in to visit her for the first time today. We felt at home and my nan was as radiant as what she used to be after only a week. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and long may it continue. I appreciate the hard and selfless work you do. Thank you

Not as good as it used to be when it was a Bupa home. Residents are often left in front of TV, with no staff present.

I express in words how wonderful this this care home is.The staff are so caring and tend to every need with such passion it is amazing.my mom was there who I loved dearly and wanted the best possible care for her in the later part of her life,I was able to relax in the thought that she was in the best hands and the right place which made my life much easier.I dont usually write revues but feel I must in this case write one for these exceptional people who staff an exception care home
